A clean 2D floor plan drawing gives you room names, sizes and a tidy layout for documents and listings. A furnished 3D floor plan adds walls cut at a readable height, floor finishes, furniture and soft shadows, so the layout reads at a glance. Many clients order both: the 2D plan for details, the 3D plan for showing people how the home will feel.
Top-down and isometric views are available. Wall height, colors, labels and furniture style are agreed before work begins.
Floor plan from a sketch, PDF or CAD file
I work from whatever you have: a hand sketch with measurements, a builder's PDF, a DWG/DXF file, or an old floor plan from a listing. Measured work follows your dimensions in feet and inches or metric; I do not invent missing sizes. If something is unclear, I ask before drawing it.
If a sketch has no reliable measurements, the plan is presented as an illustrative layout and labeled that way.

Can you make a floor plan from a hand sketch?
Yes. Add the key measurements to the sketch and the plan will follow them. Without reliable measurements, the result is an illustrative layout and is labeled that way.
How long does it take?

Do you work with metric units as well as feet and inches?
