- Detailed facades, custom furniture and large sites take longer than simple forms.
- Number of views or rooms
- Each additional camera view, room or unit type adds production time.
- Source material
- Clear, dimensioned drawings are faster to work from than sketches that need interpretation.
- Video duration
- Longer animations need more scenes, rendering and editing.
- Resolution and formats
- Very large print sizes, 4K video or several aspect ratios add work.
- Revisions
- Two rounds of changes are included; extra rounds are $49 each.
- Deadline
- Rush delivery in half the normal time is available for +30%.

How much does 3D rendering cost?
Interior renders are $249 per view, exterior renders $299 per view and aerial or drone views $399. Most clients choose the Visualize package: a furnished 3D floor plan plus 3 renders for $599.
How much does a floor plan design cost?
A clean 2D floor plan redraw is $39 per floor and a furnished 3D floor plan is $99 per floor (up to 2,500 sq ft). Real estate agents can get 10 branded plans a month for $690.
How much does a 3D walkthrough cost?
A 60-second walkthrough video, modeling included, is $990. Extra length is $15 per second. The Walkthrough package adds a floor plan and 5 renders for $1,290.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You know the price before work starts. Two rounds of changes are included; extra rounds ($49), rush delivery (+30%) and source files (+$99) are only added if you ask for them.
