Process

From brief to final files, in five clear steps

A simple process keeps projects predictable: we agree what will be made before production starts, review at sensible points and deliver exactly what was agreed.

Timelines are proposed only after I have reviewed your brief and material, because they depend on the scope, the clarity of the drawings and your feedback schedule.

  1. 01

    Brief

Send your plans, sketches or references, the project type, the visuals you need, dimensions and units, and any deadline.

    • Plans, elevations, sketches or an existing 3D model
    • Reference images for style, materials and mood
    • Project type: residential, commercial or other
    • Required visuals: floor plans, stills, video, or a package
    • Dimensions and the unit system used
    • Your preferred deadline and how the visuals will be used
  2. 02

    Scope

I review the material and send a quote within 24 hours, covering deliverables, price, delivery date and payment (50% to start, 50% before final files).

    • List of deliverables: views, rooms, plans, video duration
    • Production approach: measured from drawings or illustrative concept
    • Fee and payment milestones
    • Two rounds of changes included
    • Output formats and usage
    • A timeline based on the reviewed brief
  3. 03

    Direction

We agree camera views, style and — for video — the camera path before detailed production begins.

    • Quick camera-view previews for stills
    • Style, palette and lighting references
    • Storyboard or camera path for walkthroughs
  4. 04

    Review

You review watermarked previews and send one list of changes per round. Two rounds are included; extra rounds are $49 each.

    • Drafts shared as images or low-resolution video previews
    • One combined list of comments per round
    • Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed before work continues
  5. 05

    Delivery

Final files are delivered in the agreed formats, with optional extra sizes or versions for print, web and social media.

    • High-resolution images and/or video files
    • Optional crops and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 4:5, square)
    • Files shared through a download link

Direction, before production

For video, the camera path comes first

Before any walkthrough frames are produced, the route through the project is drawn over the plan and the key shots are described. You approve it, and production follows that plan.
