This website presents the architectural visualization services of Muhammad Kamran. “Kamran Architectural Visuals” is a name under which these services are offered. By using the website you agree to these terms.

Information on this website

The content describes services in general terms. It is not an offer or a contract. Every project is agreed individually through a written quote, which sets out the deliverables, production approach, fee, revision rounds, output formats, usage rights and timeline. If anything on the website differs from your quote, the quote applies.

Standard project terms

Unless your quote says otherwise:

• Payment: 50% to start and 50% before the final files are delivered. Previews are watermarked until the final payment.
• Changes: two rounds of changes are included. Extra rounds are $49 each. Changes to the design after approval, or new items, are quoted before work continues.
• Rush delivery: half the normal delivery time, for +30%.
• Files and ownership: after full payment you may use the final images, plans and videos for your project, including marketing. 3D source files are not included unless ordered (+$99). I may show the work in my portfolio only with your permission.

Sample work

Portfolio entries labeled Illustrative Example or Demo Project are original sample illustrations created for this website. They are not client projects and do not represent real buildings, clients, locations or measured drawings.

Scope of services

Visualizations are created for design communication and presentation. They are not construction or permit documents.

The visualization services described on this website do not include structural engineering, surveying, permit drawings or construction documents unless agreed separately in writing. No visualization can guarantee planning approval, sales, search rankings or any particular business result.

Illustrative concept images show a mood or general idea and are not measured. Where a visual is based on supplied drawings, its accuracy depends on those drawings.

Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this website belong to Muhammad Kamran unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Your submissions

When you send drawings or references, you confirm you have the right to share them for the purpose of a quote or project. They are used only for that purpose. See the privacy notice.

Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. While care is taken to keep it accurate and available, no guarantee is given that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
