Privacy notice

This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and who it is shared with. The website is run by Muhammad Kamran, an architectural visualization designer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions can be sent to contact@kamranvisuals.com.

Information you choose to send

When you use the quote form, the following is collected:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Optional details: company, role, project location, budget, deadline and outputs
• Your project details and any reference link you provide
• Whether you acknowledged this notice and whether you opted into occasional updates

Please do not include passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information in the form. Reference links are stored as text inside the inquiry email; the website does not open, fetch or preview them.

If you contact me by email or WhatsApp instead, the information you send is handled by those services and kept in my inbox or chat history.

How it is used

• To read and reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the project.
• To keep a record of correspondence about your project.
• If — and only if — you ticked the optional updates box, to send occasional emails about new work. You can ask to stop at any time.

Your information is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Service providers

The website relies on the following kinds of providers to work:

• Website hosting — serves the website and processes form submissions. Hosting providers typically keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
• Transactional email (for example Resend) — delivers your inquiry to my inbox. The email contains the details you entered.
• Email inbox — inquiries are received in a Google Gmail account.
• Rate limiting (for example Upstash) — stores a one-way hashed identifier derived from your connection for a short time to prevent spam. It does not store your name, email or message.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. The exact providers in use can be requested by email.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics is enabled, you will be asked first, and it only loads if you allow it. It counts page visits in aggregate and never receives form contents, email addresses, phone numbers or reference links. If you decline, your choice is stored in your browser so you are not asked on every page.

How long information is kept

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project goes ahead, for record-keeping related to that project. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are reviewed and deleted periodically. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or withdraw consent for optional updates, by emailing contact@kamranvisuals.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes

If the way the website handles information changes — for example if analytics is added — this page will be updated. See also the terms of use.
